Residential Refurbishment

This was a recent refurbishment project for a client in Stony Stafford. The client wanted to make a more social space for entertaining and modernise the house overall. In forces to this we provided a large single story lean-to extension to the rear and knocked down the walls between the existing kitchen and study areas. We re-designed the garden to provide an outside sofa and relaxing area, an eating area and a sneeky G&T space at the swing seat, angled to get the last of the evening sun!
