This project is at Adstock and gained planning in 2019

Grade II* LB refurbishment. This was a historical project for the refurbishment of the old Lloyd’s Bank in Lombard Street. The two pictures shown here are of the main boardroom and the banking hall circa 1929. The refurbishment won City of London Heritage award and Millennium Lighting award.

This is a rear extension to a listed building in a Buckingham-shire village, the client had an existing rear extension which was delapadated and did not meet their needs. This was a very unloved 1930’s house in need of maintenance. We totally redesigned and rebuilt the house with large extensions to the side and rear to make a super family home which my client was able to sell off plan.

This was a lovely project for super clients. The clients wished to remove their existing conservatory, build a new extension and knock through to form a large family room. The resultant room should, together with the redeisgned garden form a perfect inside and outside social and family space.
